1. Charges for inpatient stays in excess of 3 days. Additional charges for these days including room and other charges such as Pharmacy will be added to the package price. |
2. Accommodations (for one day in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) and three days in single room at Enclave-Ruby's lifestyle floor including : )

2. Charges for complex cases requiring emergency surgery, balloon pump or other conditions requiring equipment and hospital stays in excess of those specified. |
3. Laboratory Testing

4. Radiology Studies
